Sarla Technologies is an ISO 9001:2008 and CSIA certified organization. We have a mature process model for design, application development, and project management. Our quality control systems are benchmarks for onsite and offshore development practices. In an industry where quality of process and quality of service are critical differentiators, we pride ourselves in being market leaders in this industry.

                   

Our Quality processes are mature and appreciated by our customers and auditors. In April 2010, Mr. Gordon Cox, Senior Lead Auditor from American Systems Registrar USA had visited us for CSIA certification. We passed the certification with flying colors and Mr. Cox appreciated our Quality processes by his remark “System developed by Sarla Technologies is very advanced and fully functional.

We obtained first ISO certification in 2003. Since then we have been consistent with our mature policies meeting customer quality demands and upgrading ourselves timely. We were entrusted with ISO 9001:2008 certification in 2009.

	OUR QUALITY POLICY It is our policy to develop and supply products of quality that meet the needs and expectations of our esteemed customers. We shall implement an appropriate Quality Management System for this purpose, which will be regularly audited and improved. We shall provide assistance, where required, to our customers to enable them to derive expected benefits from the use of our services & products.
